Our general delivery time is around 15 days. This duration depends on your overall order quantity, order placement date, and the specific shelving designs.
What payment terms do you accept?
For orders up to USD 3000.00, 100% T/T in advance is required. For orders exceeding USD 3000.00, we accept a 30% deposit upon order confirmation, with the remaining balance to be paid prior to shipment.
Are product samples available for verification?
Yes, standard samples are available. We also support customized sampling. A reasonable sample fee is charged initially and will be refunded upon the placement of a bulk order. Shipping freight is covered by the buyer.

We provide highly detailed installation guides for all our systems. Additionally, our engineering support team is available to assist you with installation instructions.
