What is your delivery time?
Around 15 days. It depends on the order quantity, order date and shelving design.
What is the term of payment?
Payment terms: For order <=USD3000.00, 100% T/T in advance. For order >USD3000.00, 30% of deposit upon order confirmation, and balance will be paid before shipment.
Are samples available?
Yes, regular samples are available. Customized sampling is also supported. Reasonable sample cost will be charged and refund in the next bulk order. Sample freight is by your side.
How could I install the racks?
Detailed installation guide will be provided. Our engineers can also teach you freely.
What is the packing way?
Generally, it is knockdown package, bubble films for uprights and beams, cartons for other parts. Or customized package safe for long-distance transportation.
