Q3: What is the term of payment?
A: For orders <= USD3000.00, 100% T/T in advance. For orders > USD3000.00, a 30% deposit is required upon order confirmation, and the balance will be paid before shipment.
Q4: Are samples available?
A: Yes, regular samples are available. Customized sampling is also supported. A reasonable sample cost will be charged and refunded in the next bulk order. Sample freight is covered by the customer.
Q5: How can I install the racks?
A: A detailed installation guide will be provided. Our engineers can also guide you.
Q6: What is the difference between a main rack and an add-on rack?
A: The difference is the upright. A main rack is the starting rack with 2 uprights, while an add-on rack is the continued rack with only 1 upright. For example, if there are 10 wall racks in a row, the overall structure will be 1 main rack + 9 add-on racks.
