What is your delivery time?
Around 15 days. It depends on the order quantity, order date, and shelving design.
What is the term of payment?
Payment terms: For orders <= USD 3000.00, 100% T/T in advance. For orders > USD 3000.00, 30% deposit upon order confirmation, and the balance to be paid before shipment.
Are samples available?
Yes, regular samples are available. Customized sampling is also supported. A reasonable sample cost will be charged and refunded in the next bulk order. Sample freight is covered by the customer.
How could I install the racks?
A detailed installation guide will be provided. Our engineers can also guide you as needed.
What are the main rack and add-on rack?
The difference between the two racks is the upright structure. The main rack is the start rack with 2 uprights, and the add-on rack is the continued rack with 1 upright only. For example, if there are 10 wall racks, the overall structure will consist of 1 main rack + 9 add-on racks.
