Generally, it is around 15 days. Delivery time depends on the specific order quantity, order date, and shelving design specifications.
For orders less than or equal to USD 3,000, 100% T/T in advance is preferred. For orders exceeding USD 3,000, we accept a 30% deposit upon order confirmation, with the remaining balance cleared before shipment.
Yes, standard samples are readily available. Customized samples are also supported. A reasonable sample cost is charged upfront and is refunded on your next bulk order. Shipping freight is managed by the client.

The difference lies in the number of uprights. A main rack is the starter unit and comes with 2 upright frames. An add-on rack is a continuation unit that comes with only 1 upright, connecting directly to the main rack to extend the row.
