Q1: Are you manufacturer or trading company?
A: We are manufacturer, who have been focusing on supermarket shelves, warehouse racks and various display & storage equipments.
Q2: What is your delivery time?
A: Around 15 days. It depends on the order quantity, order date and shelving design.
Q3: What is the term of payment?
A: Payment terms: For order <=USD3000.00, 100% T/T in advance. For order >USD3000.00, 30% of deposit upon order confirmation, and balance will be paid before shipment.
Q4: Are samples available?
A: Yes, regular samples are available. Customized sampling is also supported. Reasonable sample cost will be charged and refund in the next bulk order. Sample freight is by your side.
Q5: How could I install the racks?
A: Detailed installation guide will be provided. Our engineers can also teach you freely.
Q6: What are main rack and add on rack?
A: The difference between the two racks is upright. Main rack is the start rack with 2 uprights and add on rack is the continued rack with 1 upright only. For example, if there are 10 wall racks, the overall structure will be 1 main rack+ 9 add on racks.
