What is your delivery time?
Around 15 days. It depends on the order quantity, order date, and shelving design.
Are samples available?
Yes, regular samples are available. Customized sampling is also supported. A reasonable sample cost will be charged and refunded in the next bulk order. Sample freight is on your side.
How could I install the racks?
A detailed installation guide will be provided. Our engineers can also guide you as needed.

What is the difference between a main rack and an add-on rack?
The difference lies in the uprights. The main rack is the starter rack with 2 uprights, and the add-on rack is the continued rack with 1 upright only. For example, if there are 10 wall racks, the overall structure will consist of 1 main rack + 9 add-on racks.
