For orders less than or equal to USD 3000.00, 100% T/T in advance is required. For orders greater than USD 3000.00, we accept a 30% deposit upon order confirmation, with the balance to be cleared before shipment.

Yes, regular samples are available. We also support customized sampling. A reasonable sample fee is charged, which is fully refundable on your next bulk order. Freight costs for samples are on your account.

Q What is the difference between a main rack and an add-on rack?
The primary difference lies in the uprights. A main rack is the starter unit with 2 upright frames. An add-on rack is a continuation unit that comes with only 1 upright, connecting to the existing system. For instance, a continuous line of 10 wall racks consists of 1 main rack and 9 add-on racks.
