Our rack frames are designed in compliance with RMI (Rack Manufacturers Institute) guidelines and local seismic requirements (CSCR). We utilize finite element analysis (FEA) to simulate load distributions under peak acceleration loads.
We implement multi-stage chemical pretreatment followed by electrostatic thermosetting powder coating. This results in a thick barrier coat resistant to the high humidity levels typical of San José and Limón.
Beams feature heavy-duty welded connectors with automatic safety pins. Shelves are adjustable at increments of 50mm/75mm, allowing warehouse managers to quickly reconfigure layouts.
